A very bad experience with this Agency! I made an offer with the agent Lucyne Farand on a property that sat unsold for several months, the offer was accepted and I had 2 weeks to leave a deposit in trust, during that 2 weeks another offer was obviously made, and certainly more of an offer than mine, in fact she probably used my offer to show other buyers that there is a LOT of interest in the property. So on the day I came to bring Royal Lepage the $5,000 deposit Lucyne hid from me, I made phone calls, visited both offices in the area to try and find her and she was nowhere to be found. The next day I was notified that my offer was null and void because the deposit that I tried in earnest to pay was not received due to this lowlife realtor and her antics. No wonder for sale by owner transactions are getting more and more popular.
