Great rooms, good service, friendly staff, close to downtown St-Sauveur. The room had a coffee maker, microwave, fridge and some plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils. Very convenient when you want to have a quick bite with the kids. The rooms are pretty spacious and everything in the room was working well!We also had the opportunity to go for a swim. Located close to many of the Sommet ski resorts. I definitely recommend this hotel!

My husband and I booked a last minute trip to St. Sauveur and got lucky finding a last minute room for 2 nights. Plenty of free parking, friendly concierge, and clean rooms. We got a room with a balcony, which was really nice to take in the mountain views over breakfast! The hotel is super close to the outlets, Rue Principale shopping & restaurants, the water park, and Acro-Nature zip lining. Even though the hotel is situated beside a busy road, the rooms are extremely sound proof so you don't hear any of the traffic outside. My only complaints would be that the pool was definitely not heated as advertised, and the WiFi was extremely spotty. Would work sometimes for a quick google search, but no luck streaming or even scrolling through Instagram.
The conference room didn't have any drinks even though there were supposed to be. The room has a small TV with no ability to connect any external inputs, such as HDMI for a laptop. The view from the balconies are great though.
