Rooms are really nice with large and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and looked nice with a big shower/tub. Elevators look dated but there are not that many floors so not much time is spent in them. Breakfast had a good selection and taste was ok but not amazing, the scrambled eggs were lacking some flavour and the texture was a bit off (a little rubbery) plus the bacon was a bit hard and salty. The pools were clean and a decent size. The multi-sport terrain is a false grass terrain and is the size of two tennis. Has basketball nets, tennis nets and some other sports equipment but this is more geared towards children (I am not too sure about playing tennis or basketball on a false grass terrain).
It's my second time at this hotel. First time was in winter. Beautiful outdoor setting with sauna and hot baths. The restaurants and bars were a delight. I stayed in a suit with fireplace and balcony. Could not get any better on a cold winter day. My second stay was July 1st. The pool bar and indoor restaurant were fantastic. However the pool was very dirty. Water was not clean or clear and smelled awful. So did the spa. Was very disappointed. It was a very hot weekend and couldn't enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. I give it a three star for my stay in the summer time.
Sweet spot in St Saveur. This place has a vibe. Pool is a hit in the summer. The bar always has a crowd. And the steak house serves up a mean cut with a good wine list. Good for a romantic weekend for two or a night out for dinner. Winter or summer.
Wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the delicious food, the hot tub and the spa very much as well as the gorgeous decor all over the hotel. The attention to detail was impeccable.
Great hotel, well located in St. Sauveur. Staff very helpful, polite and courteous. Magnificent restaurant, M, best steaks ever. Beautiful rooms, very clean and nicely decorated. Salt pool was amazing.
