Nice room, very clean, friendly staff. Will definitely go back for a longer stay.
Very nice place to stay, close to everything. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious with a queen size bed (firm mattress), kitchenette and hot tub. Heated outside pool, jacuzzi and sauna are also available to guests which was great. All in all a very good experience!
So the room is nice looking. It has a lot of amneties, but here are the two problems that I had. 1) When I checked the bed (because I am bed bug afraid), I saw there was a stain on the bed sheets. 2) The wifi worked for an hour and then didn't work for over 2 hours. I called front desk and they rebooted the router but still didn't work. I ended up having to use personal hotspot from then on. Dissapointing.
The decor hasn't aged well at all. Wi-Fi sucks. It wasn't even working most of the time from my room.
So I check into room 111 the tv was missing remote control. The radio had its antenna ripped out. There were ants. I figured what ever its the country I made an antenna for the radio got a remote from front desk .and killed the ants. On my 5th night at about 3am baby spiders started falling from the ceiling so I used my flash light on phone and discovered about 100 baby spiders scattering all over the ceiling I spent about 2 hours killing them all. I think I found the mother spider and killed her to. It's a nice place but they don't take care of it. Also since the bathroom was only place without spiders I was going to relax in the bath and when I started filling it with water I could see a film of dirt on the tubs base and on top of the water. So basically this place just needs better care and it would be amazing. I spent 1372 dollars for 7.nights. I am very disappointed in all the issues I had too deal with. I will be speaking with the manager asap. I wrote this review 630am on my 6th day because I can't sleep from killing spiders all night.. If one thing scares me in life it's a damn spider... Also you can smell the carpets its Very dusty. Fridges in rooms are smaller than usual hotels. Other than that it's a nice place I was pretty happy until the spider infestation. This is an edit to my previous 2 star review and why I put it to 4 stars. At 1pm the following day they called to give us 2 free nights and changed our room. They were very nice and very eager to make things right. So I do recommend this hotel too anyone staying in Saint sauveur the staff is great and I really appreciate what they did and how quickly they responded.
